Dr. Michael Wolff
studied business management at the Catholic University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and at the University of Wales in Bangor (UK). While completing his doctorate in the field of customer management at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Institute for Marketing in Munich, he was already working as a freelance advisor for well-known companies and organizations. In addition, he was a lecturer at the Institute and also worked for the Munich Business School, the Hochschule Amberg Weiden and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Upper Bavaria. After undergraduate and doctoral studies, Michael Wolff began working for a management consulting business. In his projects for clients from the sectors automotive, manufacturing and utility, he focused on analytical methods in the areas of marketing, distribution and service. In 2011 he founded thaltegos Ltd. together with his colleagues at the time. In his free time, he trades his office in for the mountains, sharing his colleagues’ passion for alpine sports as a ski enthusiast. In the summer he feels at home on the water and enjoys sailing on Bavaria’s lakes.
studied business administration at the University of Augsburg. After working for consultancy firms and startups for a few years, the native of Munich has been self-employed since 2010. He focuses on digital transformation and the introduction of data-driven decision-making processes in companies. As a "translator" between the worlds, be it strategy and data analysis, as well as between management and operational implementers, he feels at home. In addition to his consulting activities, he has already founded and built up several startups. After several years of close collaboration of his own consulting company with thaltegos, he joined the company in 2019 as a partner. His focus is on customer management primarily from the (e-)mobility environment and the set-up of digital product and service offerings. As in his time as an active handball player, Florian Klett sees himself as a true team player in business life as well. He is married and has two children. In his free time, he is often found hiking in the Bavarian Alps.
Dr. Annette Klett-Steinbauer
studied business management at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. She then worked for a management consulting firm with emphasis on customer relationship management and customer analytics. During this time, she crossed paths with the other founders of thaltegos. She simultaneously pursued a doctorate in e-tourism and online consumer behavior at the Leopold-Franzen-Universität in Innsbruck.
There followed several years in various management and strategy consultancies before Annette Klett-Steinbauer founded thaltegos Ltd. with her three colleagues and friends. As a current partner in the area of management consulting, her focus is on marketing, distribution and service in the automotive, manufacturing, sports and online business sectors. In her free time, she is passionate about mountains, nature and sports. For many years she was an active member of Germany’s national snowboarding team and still rarely misses a day with deep snow. During the summer she trades her skis for a mountain bike and can be found out and about in the Alps or playing tennis or golf.
